Allergy Symptoms
Depending on the part of your body involved into the allergic response, it may look differently. Certain allergic reactions appear on bigger areas, other kinds affect just a small one. • Shock is another condition that may occur due to the action of mediators, as your blood vessels get dilated dramatically. The potential consequences of this dilation are: loss of consciousness, cardiac arrest and death.
• The reaction may include one allergy symptom or several of the following:
Skin – nettle rash, severe itching, blistering, crusting, eruptions, swells, etc.
Eyes – inflamed, swollen, itchy or watery
Nose – runny nose, frequent sneezing, stuffy nose
Head – swollen face, tongue, throat, lips and eyelids, splitting headache
Lungs – breathing difficulty, coughing, wheezing, allergy asthma
Stomach – stomachache, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting,
It’s recommended to deal with allergy symptoms immediately as you experience them, (except for the localized ones), as your condition can get worse if not treated properly.
In case your condition shows no improvement, or if there is obvious worsening, call an allergy specialist immediately to alter the treatment plan you are currently following.
If you experience at least one allergic symptom after using the medication prescribed, talk to the your doctor as soon as you possibly can.
